What problem were we solving?
The institution was managing student admissions, attendance, exam results, fee collection, staff payroll, and parent communication through a combination of paper registers, Excel sheets, and WhatsApp groups. Data was fragmented, errors were frequent, parents had no real-time visibility into their child's progress, and admin staff were overwhelmed with manual reporting tasks.
How we engineered the answer
We built a comprehensive, role-based School ERP system with 7 distinct modules — each designed for a specific stakeholder. Super Admin controls the full system and can manage multiple schools (SaaS-ready). Admin handles admissions, timetables, notices, and reports. Teachers manage attendance, homework, exam marks, and parent communication. Parents track attendance, results, and school announcements in real time. Students access timetables, study materials, and notifications. The HR module automates staff attendance, salary structures, and leave management. The Accountant module covers fee management, invoice generation, payment tracking, and financial reporting.
