We built a centralized CRM dashboard covering the full business lifecycle — lead capture, pipeline management (New → Follow-up → Converted), WhatsApp direct integration for instant client communication, real-time notifications, and a performance analytics layer. A dedicated Support/Operations module was designed in parallel for post-sale project tracking.
