We extended the Odoo ERP platform with a fully custom Hospital Management Module — built natively within Odoo's framework for seamless integration. The module covers Doctor & Nurse management with specialization categorization, Patient Records & Lifecycle tracking, Appointment Booking with doctor assignment by specialization, multi-type Room & Bed Management (ICU, General, Semi-Private, Private), and real-time Patient Status tracking (Draft → Admitted → Discharged) — all unified with existing CRM, HR, Accounting, and Sales modules.
